  2. Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact with no damage to the product or the packaging.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Return Shipping Deductions:
     For return requests, the customer is responsible for both:

    • The shipping cost originally paid by us to deliver the order (even if it appeared as free shipping at checkout), which will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • The shipping fee paid by the customer to send the returned item back to us.
       This means customers are responsible for the two-way shipping costs when processing a return.

  5. Exchange Shipping Policy:
     For exchange requests, customers are responsible for two shipping fees:

    • Shipping the item back to us

    • Shipping the new item from us back to the customer
       Please note that free shipping offers do not apply to exchanged items, regardless of the original order value.

  6. Promotion & Sale Periods:
     Items purchased before a discount or promotional period cannot be returned with the purpose of reordering the same item at the discounted price. This is to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
