Shipping fee

Shipping within Türkiye is 110 TL and is shown at checkout.

Processing time

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on official holidays.

Carrier and delivery time

• Orders are shipped with Aras Kargo; Yurtiçi Kargo may be used for urgent orders.
• Delivery within Türkiye takes about 3 business days from dispatch.
• Your tracking number is sent to you once your order has shipped.

International shipping

Europe: 4-6 business days · Arab countries: 4-7 business days · Other countries: 7-10 business days (in addition to processing time). Customs duties and fees on international orders are paid by the recipient.

On delivery

If the parcel looks damaged, please ask the courier to make a damage report and message us on WhatsApp.
