This form is presented to the BUYER before the order is confirmed and payment is made, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. BUYER INFORMATION

The name, delivery and billing address, phone and email entered by the BUYER during the order.

3. PRODUCTS

The name, colour, size, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping fee, any discount and the total amount of the ordered products are shown in the order summary at checkout and in the order confirmation email. The main features of the products (colour, size, fabric, measurements) are as stated on the product page and in the size chart. All prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment system. Instalment options and any instalment interest are shown to the BUYER on the payment page.

5. DELIVERY

  • Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery within Türkiye takes about 3 business days from dispatch.
  • By law, delivery cannot exceed 30 days from the order date.
  • Carrier: Aras Kargo (Yurtiçi Kargo for urgent orders).
  • The product is delivered to the address given by the BUYER. If the parcel is found to be damaged on delivery, the BUYER is advised to have the courier make a damage report.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
  • Notice of withdrawal can be given by email to info@yassminacollection.com, by written message to WhatsApp +90 541 554 59 94, or in writing to the SELLER's Türkiye contact and returns address.
  • The product must be sent to the SELLER within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. It must be unused, with tags attached and in a resellable condition.
  • The carrier designated by the SELLER for returns is Aras Kargo. Returns under the right of withdrawal and size exchanges are sent free of charge using the Aras Kargo return code the SELLER provides to the BUYER. If there is no Aras Kargo branch where the BUYER is located, the SELLER arranges collection of the product from the BUYER at no extra cost. If the BUYER chooses to send the product with another carrier, the return shipping cost is paid by the BUYER. For size exchanges, shipping of the new size is also covered by the SELLER. For faulty or incorrectly sent products, all shipping costs are paid by the SELLER. The shipping fee paid by the BUYER on the order is included in the refund.
  • The SELLER refunds the total amount paid, to the payment method used by the BUYER, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the BUYER's request or personal needs, or to products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (such as bonnets, gloves and sleeve cuffs).

8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The BUYER can send complaints to the SELLER via info@yassminacollection.com and +90 538 240 02 20. In disputes, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits to a mediator or the Consumer Court.

9. CONFIRMATION

The BUYER confirms having read this Pre-Information Form, being informed of the main features, price, payment method and delivery terms of the products, and approving it electronically.
